Terms and condition with production house.
- If Production house is casting any artist through a coordinator the production has to make the cheque on name of the coordinator or split the amount in to two parts as decided and issue two cheques. One on the name coordinater and second one on the name of Artist.
- Production will neither call the artist directly nor take any contact details of the artist until the casting is done.
- The Production house has to make a contract with the coordinator before starting the auditions.
- The Coordinator will get his commission till artist is working on the project, casted by the coordinator. Coordinator’s commission will not be discontinued in any case.
- If the artist call by the coordinator in any production house is casted in any other project of that concern house by any chance the artist will be considered through that concern coordinator and artist has to pay the commission to the coordinator.
Terms and conditions with the artist.
- Artist will not give any contact detail to the production, if the artist gets any call from the production house then the artist has to immediately to the concern coordinator.
- If any artist is casted then The cheque will be made on the name of the coordinator or split the amount in to two parts as decided and two cheque will be issued. One on the name coordinator and second one on the name of Artist from the production house.
- The Coordinator will get his commission till artist is working on the project, casted by the coordinator. Coordinator’s commission will not be discontinued in any case.
- If the artist call by the coordinator in any production house is casted in any other project of that concern house by any chance the artist will be considered through that concern coordinator and artist has to pay the commission to the coordinator.
